The Emerald Necklace is a series of parks and green spaces through Boston designed by Frederick Olmstead. We will start at Forest Hills Station and walk through the Arboretum, around Jamaica Pond, through the Riverway, down Comm Ave and end up at the Public Garden. Total distance: about 6 miles. Dress in layers and wear good shoes/boots! Bring water and a snack.
