6:00pm: Energization Exercises
This session is designed for people who have already learned meditation and are interested in developing or deepening a daily meditation practice. We begin with energization techniques created by Paramhansa Yogananda which prepare the body for stillness. Following these exercises, an opening prayer and simple yoga-style chants lead into guided and silent meditation. There will be an opportunity after the meditation to ask questions about your meditation practice.
