Weekly meditation lesson from the book "How to Meditate" by Nayaswami Jyotish Novak. Each week we will dive into a new lesson and practice the techniques together as a group. Class will also have a guided meditation practice including relaxation techniques, visualizations, pranayama (breath control), affirmations, and chanting to awaken the heart.
No experience necessary! All are welcome.
A $20 donation gives you the "How to Meditate" book.
Come to as many of the classes as you can; there is no requirement to attend all.
