Women's Self Defense and Boxing!

Get ready for a fun, sweaty, friendly session. We do not spar each other but rather focus on technique with the punching bag and holding mitts for each other. We begin class with a relaxing series of yoga stretches then will break down basic punch and kick combos. The last part of our class will simulate attacks and how to escape. We will practice the techique and then apply light resistance to build cardio and endurance. We're excited for you to join us!
