Ladies! The holidays are around the corner so I am leading a Morning Bootcamp class starting at 5:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. We will also introduce a Saturday 8:00 am class if we get enough people interested. This will be a high intensity body weight workout that will allow us to get in and out in 45 minutes and pumped for the day ahead! Please RSVP.
