Hi! Welcome to FightXpress! This group is for anyone interested in Fitness, Boxing, Muay Thai, Cross-Fit, Fat-Loss, Fun & Energizing HIIT Training Sessions.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Through group training sessions you can have more fun and be better motivated to achieve your health and fitness goals by socializing with like-minded people. Our trainers will personally guide you through the boxing and Muay Thai techniques in each of the 60-minute session. Everyone is welcome regardless of your fitness level, boxing or Muay Thai experience. In fact, most of our regular Champions started as beginners just like you.

Boxing beginners very welcome - get a feel of the pads, bags, learn how to throw a punch correctly, and generally get a great whole body workout. Come join us in this fun & energetic boxing session this Sunday at the best beach club in Singapore! ‘Boxing HIIT’ by Fight X Press is a 60 minutes high intense full body workout with boxing techniques incorporated. Stay motivated in working towards your fitness goals and get to socialise with the group at the same time! For your fitness goals: • Constantly changing & challenging workouts in every session • Increase strength & stamina • Effective calorie burner – lose fat • Increase metabolism After the session, hydrate yourself with fresh coconut juice and enjoy a healthy brunch meal at Tanjong Beach Club. Bring your friends along! What can be a better way to kick start your Sunday! ►►What to bring: No equipment needed. However, if you have boxing hand wraps and/or gloves, bring them along! We recommend all participants to wear comfortable sports / beachwear apparels, bring along a bottle of water, sunshades, sunscreen, and towel and shower toiletries (there are shower facilities at the beach club). ►►Pre Work-Out Fuel: Have your breakfast at 2 hours before the training session. In addition, remember to consume 500ml of water to hydrate your body 30 mins before the training session.
