Boxing 'HIIT' is a 1-hour high intense full-body workout.
Lose fat, improve stamina & strength and learn new boxing skills!
Limited to 10 person per group!
Please DO NOT:
*Do not eat a meal less than 90 min before a training session.
If you must eat something, a small piece of fruit, protein shake/bar, or a small handful of nuts a minimum of 45 min hour before training.
