Film photography is where it all began. Before the birth of digital photography, we all took photographs on strips of plastic. Further back from that, we used glass and metal sheets. Digital photography has streamlined the photography process and is now ubiquitous, but analog wont be forgotten. No matter if you are a master in the darkroom, or completely new to photography, we welcome all to share and absorb their knowledge and love of film photography. We are planning on doing various photo walks, as well as talks of sourcing film and cameras, where to develop film, scanning to digital; and possibly scheduling darkroom sessions. Regular meetings for critiques, reviews, and general sharing of images/prints are also planned.
Film is most definitely alive, lets help keep it that way.
