What we're about

Boost your Financial Intelligent:

We have a 3 months course on budgeting, saving, reducing debt, investing, building a business, and achieving financial freedom. There is 1 unique class every Tuesday from 7 pm to 8 pm. Our 1-hour classes are solely for educational purposes and don’t have any sale and product placement. Guests are welcome to try out our workshops for free.

Our Mission:

Come join the National Financial Literacy Campaign (NFLC) to fight for increasing financial literacy in our families and communities. Today, our nation is facing a Financial Literacy Crisis because millions of Americans accumulate unmanageable debt, default on their mortgage, fail to save for a rainy day, and unable to retire. The lack financial knowledge is collectively costing Americans more than $2.3 trillion dollars over their lifetime (CardTrack.com Reports (http://www.cardtrak.com/data/96747/personal-finance-ignorance-can-costly-lifetime-hugely)). For many Americans, talking about money is at least as uncomfortable as discussing sex. Also, most schools and colleges don’t teach personal finance or made it completely optional.

Fortunately, Financial Literacy is gaining more awareness lately. California Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr designated April as California Financial Literacy Month (CAFLM) (http://www.dbo.ca.gov/Resources/Caflm/April-Financial_Literacy_Month_Gov_Letter_2017.pdf). However, Financial Literacy Education is still out of reach enough for most middle and lower income families due to lack of funding.

We, NFLC, want to help those families to become financially literate by providing low-cost financial education. Our 3 months workshops educate families about budgeting, saving, reducing debt, investing, building a business, and achieving financial freedom. We have 1 unique class every Tuesday from 7 pm to 8 pm. Our 1-hour classes are solely for educational purposes and don’t have any sale and product placement. Guests are welcome to try out our workshops for free. Ultimately, we want to educate, inspire, and promote action, so you too can educate others and bring awareness to financial literacy.
