What are the top 3 skills you either offer or require?

1 -- broad range of technical experience; pretty agnostic about specific technologies; covered most of the product/project lifecycle, from requirements capture and high level design, to testing, release and delivery. Pretty much everything except coding. 2 -- broad range of industry experience; from global telecoms giants to 2 person professional services firms, via biotech, manufacturing, fashion, and a few other sectors. 3 -- man in the middle; I've found the most enjoyable and rewarding jobs to be those that bridge the technical and non-technical worlds, working with both the development teams and the clients, and ensuring that reality & desires are reconciled throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
