Originally from the Chicago area, Cristin has called Las Vegas home for 16 years. She holds a degree in Psychology and is a certified group therapy life coach. She is also a Reiki healing practitioner.
Her passions are traveling, dancing, and of course…yoga!: ) After working as a professional dancer, performer, and ballroom dance instructor for over 10 years she decided to learn more about yoga which led her to her first teacher training. She has been teaching yoga for the last 6 years and couldn’t be happier! : )
She has a 500 hour certification through Moksha Yoga, a 200 hour Ashtanga certification, along with over 100 hours of continuing education hours.
