Here's an unfilled niche: female friends in their 50’s and beyond. Plenty of meetups for 50's singles, 40's professionals, and 20's of every persuasion. But middle aged friends? Nada. FFF>F fills this gap. If you're 50-ish+, living in Boulder County and surrounding area, and are looking for friends, you've found the right place. My hope is to form a great group of dynamic, interesting, and supportive women. Once we get going, you will begin to know our active members, and you will form friendships... not overnight, but over time. So come prepared for conversation and camaraderie. And, please, leave your business-networking hat at home; this is about finding friends, not customers. (Of course you can share what you do, just don't have an agenda to sell us something.)
For this group, we require a picture of YOU... not a landscape, an animal or you far away... one that shows your features (a mug shot) so that we can tell one member from another. Your picture is an essential tool to help organizers find you at events you are attending. We prefer pics without other adults in them. Only your name should be shown as it gets confusing to have couples listed together.
For instructions on how to change your settings, go to the FFF>50 - Boulder County home page. Click on MORE, then click on MESSAGE BOARD. Now select "Email and notification settings." Make sure you've checked all the boxes that allow me to email and notify you. (The Message Board is only available on the web application, you can't see it on the mobile app.)
To edit Settings on the mobile app, go to your profile icon, (bottom right corner), then go to the 3 dots icon (upper right corner). Select "Push notifications", then select "Change email updates." Make sure you greenlight all the options.
Looking forward to meeting you!

1) Every woman is welcome
2) Be kind, respectful, and supportive. We are a very diverse group- you will meet women who have different backgrounds and belief systems than you have- and this is a good thing! Putting down or shaming others for their beliefs will not be accepted- please report any incidents to an event organizer.
3) When changing your RSVP from yes to no, give 24 hour notice if possible. This way the wait list group and the leader have time to plan.
4) Please be on time to events with a "leave" time, such as walks and hikes.
6) On hikes or other outdoor activities, at least one person will keep the pace of the slowest member. No Adventuress will be left behind!
