Hey there! Do you ever feel lost? Has the hustle and bustle of everyday life been making you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, that life has become too scheduled and rigid with too much stress or just too much in general?? If you nodded your head "yes!" or had an "ah ha!" moment, perhaps it’s time you learned how to play while not taking yourself so seriously.
Playing can be done at any age, anytime, anywhere. It’s all about allowing yourself to let go and release the trauma and drama of everyday life. Release the stress, strain, worry, anger, fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, deception – anything that you feel holds you back from being who you really are inside. You can bring more joy, peace, happiness, love and abundance into your life through playful activities, most of which are appropriate for kids. Some examples include stomping out your stress on a board, learning to release some fear with art/color therapy, checking out some live, high-vibe music or laughing until you cry at a local comedy show. The result?? – Laughter, fun, giddiness, even a lighter, more vibrant you! It’s all about letting go of those negative emotions and feelings that you keep inside whether you’re afraid of hurting someone’s feelings, or speaking your truth because you're afraid of others' opinions or judgments – whatever the reason, please know that it doesn't have to be that way. You always have options. Always.
Join us as we have some fun through artistic play! There will be a variety of events planned in the Charleston/Lowcountry area. Meeting times will vary – weekends, evenings, whenever. What I’m planning on hosting are ways to help you release what you’ve been carrying around and are ready to let go. We all know life can be especially trying for a lot of us with the responsibilities of work, family, friends and other obligations. Wouldn’t it be so great to take some time out for yourself so that you can get back to center and feel back in balance once again, ready to take on the day and the coming week? Imagine how great that could feel. It is possible!
Looking forward to laughing and having some playful fun. Won't you join me??!? Thanks! -Ellie
