The wave of agile transformation has long left the IT and software development teams and it is heading towards new departments and industries, including the financial sector. However, agile is hard to master and many companies are struggling to scale agile within the organization and deliver on its most wanted outcomes such as better project visibility, faster delivery or enhanced productivity.
On 4th March we are bringing together varied perspectives from the corporate and startup world to get a hint on how investment in business agility can really lead to tangible benefits for the firms and their employees. First, Ákos Légrádi (McKinsey) will give you an outlook on the latest agile trends, then Barnabás Málnay (EIT Digital, Smartware.Tech) will explore what Ákos Légrádi, Zoltán Attila Rozgonyi (OTP Bank), Mátyás Blastik (NN Insurance) and Joseph McElmeel (SymbaSync) think of the agile evolution in a round-table discussion.
The event is brought to you in collaboration with OTP LAB, OTP Bank’s innovation hub.
We introduced a new participation fee of 2 EUR @FinTech Meetup Budapest to raise our standards and help good causes. All proceeds from the participation fee will be donated to Amigos a Gyerekekért/Amigos for Children.
The participation fee has to be paid through PayPal.
