This fun fusion class will move at a moderate to fast pace flow, shifting between yoga and contemporary belly dancing moves. We will be stretching, strengthening, shimmying and circling the hips, undulating and isolating the most feminine parts of the body, getting deeper in touch with our sensual energy and life force.
No dance or yoga experience required.
