You will learn the secrets of how correct exercise technique will transform you from a novice exerciser, to training like a pro and get you the results you want. No more guess work! Discover the difference training with a purpose can make. In this group, we focus on correcting all muscle skeletal issues for all age groups. Toning up and losing weight are the side effects of you efforts! Let's get you going in a direction with drive and focus and make changes for a lifetime!!!

Fit Body PT Group Fitness Class

Pure Motion Fitness Training Studio

This will be an active exercise session! A fun, energetic group class, with top quality instruction, so be ready to sweat! If weight loss and a sculpted, toned body is your goal, this class is for you! You will learn TRX suspension training, proper use of free weights, kettle bells, body weight training and more! The session will incorporate a strong and effective core component along with a relaxing stretch cool down! This class is all about looking good and feeling great at any age! Strength/Resistance training is the number one defense for age related disease and chronic joint pain. If this is your first experience with a group exercise class, please be assured this class is for all fitness levels! If you are a new or first time exerciser, a pre-exercise screening will be offered by your trainer, at an alternate scheduled time, before your first class. Once you are a member of Fit Body PT we can set that up! Then you will be ready for your first workout! The workout will run from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm. From 7:00 to 7:15, there will be a complimentary 15 minute warm up, using the cardio equipment at the gym. Please bring water. If you forget, bottled water is offered at the gym for a small fee.
