Wednesday 3pm-4pm Starts 3/10/18 Fit For Life Body Conditioning. A wonderful programme based on the latest studies from Birmingham University, regarding exercise for seniors and it's importance for better health and well being and specifically what exercise can help with Dementia, Parkinson's, Osteoporosis, Diabetes and Stroke It is was created by Julie Robinson and endorsed by many top organisations, including, UK active, Centre for Healthy Ageing Research and Active iQ.
Participants will improve balance, cardio, flexibility and strength, it is a really fun exercise class designed for all levels and abilities. The class can be done seated, standing or supported.

Also Gentle Exercise, Chair Pilates for the over 50's - for physical + mental fitness! class is £3.
Monday 3.30pm -4.30pm. finally a chance to combine some of our favourite exercises and pay particular attention to Chair Pilates. Participants will strengthen their core, which is a group of muscles that wrap around the spine, like a girdle. Improve tummy, back and coordination. A weak core is the root of most back problems.
This is a fun class with Eveltos, a warm, welcoming and qualified instructor.
All levels are welcome, the workout can be done seated, supported or standing.
