Some of the fun things we like to do that will empower you on your health journey are:
Nutrition events like healthy eating on the go, what’s in season at the farmers market, salad in a jar, healthy potlucks and nutrition workshops.
Fitness events include, group exercise classes (boxing, Pilates, Zumba, personal training circuits, PoundFit, Yoga and more).
Outside activities such as cardio cornhole, frisbee golf, hiking and other fun challenges.
Goal-oriented and fun activities such as discovering your “Fitness Personality”, setting quarterly SMART health goals, vision board parties, and couples/team workouts.
This group will inspire you to begin or continue your health journey to make positive changes in your body, mind and spirit to experience a whole new level of wellness.
