We offer 1:1 personal training, fitness classes, supported with nutritional guidance personalized for you to help you realize your goals. For new moms, you have the additional perk of bringing your baby (under 1 years old) to your session or class with no additional charge. Our training philosophy is to build strong bodies using your bodyweight and/or weight resistance. This type of training is suitable for everyone. Equally important to strength is mobility. We incorporate yoga and Animal Flow to your workout to help you open up through your joints to prevent injury as you build strength.

This strength training class is geared towards women looking to get back in shape after baby, and need a little motivation. Train alongside like minded women and motivate each other!
As part of the HIIT segment, we will squat, push and pull. After our intensive sweat session, we will cool down with some Animal Flow, leaving your muscles feeling grateful for all the hard work you just put in.
