Are you over 40 and looking for a sustainable way to integrate strength training in order to meet your health and fitness goals? At The Movement Lab we help people get stronger, lose fat and stay out of pain. Come join us on Saturday mornings at 8.30am on August 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st to see what we do.
