Done your Learn to Nordic Walk course? Have your Nordic Walking UK Freedom Pass? Then join us in Dulwich Park for a Workout Walk. Every Thursday morning at 9.15 am, rain or shine.
Yes, it's a walk, but it really is a workout too! No gym in sight though, so don't worry. And it is incredibly fun and social. Nobody will tell you off for chatting or laughing, we will just join in!
Our Workout walks always last approximately one hour. We make sure you work at a level that will really get the most out of every step you take. Our focus is on progression, intensity and variety. We will use your existing skills and build on it, making sure you keep motivated and inspired!
And it doesn't matter if you are already fit, haven't really moved in a while, if you are overweight or skinny, if you are a fast walker or a slow walker. We will make sure everyone gets the workout they need, and no one feels left behind.
This workout walk is for members who have completed the four week Learn to Nordic Walk course, either with us, or with any other Nordic Walking UK accredited instructor.
Fees for Workout Walks:
Most of our members have their own poles and prepay for 10 sessions. They pay £89.00, or £8.90 per session. For a one off session it is £10, or £12.50 if you want to borrow our poles. If you do wan to borrow our poles, please call Ailien well in advance so we can arrange to bring some poles for you. Ailien's number is[masked].
If you are thinking about buying poles, please talk to us first. We are very happy to advice you and make sure you buy the best poles for your goals.
In order to participate in a walk, please RSVP to book your space at least one day before its start time and please let me know if you need to borrow any poles.

We walk in all safe weather conditions – if a walk is cancelled, we will contact you to let you know. Please check for text messages or Meetup messages before leaving home!
