Hey Everyone! The mission of the Fit4Life Health Club is to create a social support group, made up of individuals at any fitness level that join together to workout and motivate each other. Our meetups will involve bodyweight workouts, short runs, hikes, discussion of goals, & keeping each accountable. Ultimately the club's goal is to share the passion for a healthy and active lifestyle to our Bay Area communities. Whether you're looking for an awesome workout or to meet new people, the Fit4Life Health Club is worth waking up for. I look forward to meeting you all soon!

Where do we meet:
-Marymeade Park

-hiking locations will be disclosed the night before When do we meet:
-Tuesday's at 7:15am
-Saturday's at 8:00am Agenda:
10-15 minutes of discussing goals and lifestyle techniques
5-10 minutes of warm up
30-45 minutes of exercise
5 minutes of cool down
Networking!

What to expect:
-Group discussion about our goals and how to reach them
-Workouts that consist of body weight exercises and short runs
-Hikes on every 1st Saturday of the month

What you need to do:
-RSVP the night before
-Where athletic clothing and shoes
