Join FitFamTO’s Tuesday morning outdoor free community workout!
No equipment required, all levels are welcome. Please bring water.
Workout starts at 6am SHARP (so get there a little early)! Includes 10min warmup, 30min workouts (and kickass music), 10min cooldown and we're done at 7am. Bring appropriate fitness gear and accessories, and a good attitude! See you on the field! Rain or Shine, we are GO!!!
