What we're about

This is a group for women who are currently pregnant, postpartum, or thinking about becoming pregnant soon! Our focus is on how to safely and efficiently exercise and be the healthiest versions of ourselves as possible through pregnancy and once the baby is born. All fitness levels are welcome to attend any of our events as we will always have a trainer there to guide everyone through each workout to make sure it is the appropriate workout for YOU. Delivery will be the hardest workout of your life, we want to make sure you are prepared for it! And for our postpartum women, we want to make sure you are moving with a functional purpose so you can be the fittest version of yourself as you can be for both you, and your baby's sake.
