Do you want to get fit, have fun, and energize your body, mind and spirit? We are a fun group of women who like to support each other and try new things. Some of the things we like to do are:
Workouts in the Park, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Yoga, Running, Hiking, Tennis, Walking, Kick Boxing, Mud-Races, Paddle boarding, Crossfit, Tone It Up, BBG, OrangeTheory, Barre, Weights, Meditation, Reading, Recipe Sharing, Meal Prepping, Coffee and more. All things health, wellness, fitness, self-care & self-love related!
Whether your goal is to get fit and active, lose weight, clear your mind, have fun or just meet some great new people, this group is for you. You don't have to be a mom to join. All women welcome! (Mommas, Grandmas, Furmoms, Moms-to-be, Modern women doing it all!) If you have any activities that you would like to do, feel free to suggest them to me!
