This is a group for anyone interested in Fitness, dance, movement, Exercise, Workouts Contact improv, martial arts, tricking, parkour, consciousness, Juggling, object manipulations and others. All skill levels are welcome. I started this group to meet other people with similar interests and want be more active, share and meet to practice. Activities can be indoor or outdoor.

Habilitations and experience: - Bachelor and master degree in Sports and physical education in the exercise and well-being branch - Structural, visceral and cranial osteopathy - Visceral Manipulation - Fascial techniques and fasciatherapy - Kinesiotaping/Neuro-muscular bandages - Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization - Neurokinetic Therapy - Pilates - Massagist/manual therapist – 14 years - Contact improvisation – 3 years - Hip Hop and variations – 11 years - Personal Trainer – 6 years - Ido Portal – European Movement Meeting 2018 And others.... AMPT – Anywhere Movement Posture Training -A different vision to exercise and movement. -Exercise classes with different formats. The classes can be indoor or outdoor. They can be in a Studio, in the street or in a park. The first exercise classes are mainly based with a circuit structure with an integrated approach of different concepts to improve alignment, movement, mobility and physical conditioning. The aims of the classes are to improve and change movement patterns, improve posture, prevent cardiovascular dysfunctions and musculoskeletal injuries by doing exercise in a good way. Some of the benefits: - Improvement of movement patterns and specific and general body movements - Improvement of Posture and alignments - Physical condition - Prevention of injuries and dysfunctions - Improvement of body consciousness - Muscle Gains, muscle tone and resistance - Coordination, Equilibrium and body control - Improves caloric expenditure - Learning how to do the movement or in a better way - Improves well-being in general - Improves self-esteem and self-confidence - Helps control and can reduce anxiety and depression - Improves sleep quality - Improves cardiovascular and respiratory function - Improves emotional and mood states - Helps in weight management and weight loss Who can do it?
