We will meet as often as once a week or as little as once a month depending on interest. Hello, My name is Lorna Emerson and I am an over 50 mom and wife. I have been active most of my life but still managed to become a 198 pound woman. I was so scared to see the scale tip over the 200 pound mark that I decided to make some necessary changes.
I have both Fibromyalgia and Lupus so have always dealt with a level of pain in all my activities. I am now working with a Holistic Doctor and added healthy eating and exercise to my life. Don't get this wrong -- I am not a gym addict, I do light to moderate exercise and have dropped down to 179 pounds already. I started this change at the beginning of 2017 so I know it works. 19 pounds in 3 months and i plan to continue this change as my new lifestyle.
