This group is for anyone who is looking to get their food and fitness back on track, or just needs a little help getting to their goals. Ever wished you could have your own personal coach to get you started, or keep you going to your goals? Weekly meetings with other motivated members and personal coaching give you the accountability and the motivation to achieve your goals and get the results you want!! I know how tough the journey to a healthy lifestyle can be.. I've lost over 90lbs and I've worked through physical and emotional struggles as I regained my health. I'm still working my goals and I'll be there to help you set goals, and stay on track. This group will be about us doing it together!!
