The purpose of this meet up is for people looking to increase their strength, mobility, overall fitness, confidence and nutrition.

We are the home of the 30 minute body, where we provide safe, efficient workouts designed to provide results every time you step into our private studio.

All workouts are certified personal trainer led, so regardless of your current fitness level we will ensure you following the proper techniques to deliver optimal results.

We encourage everyone to come down and give it a try!

Fitness BOOTCAMP with Kevin

Grab a friend and be ready to sweat! This bootcamp is hosted by NSCA Certified Trainer Kevin Guardado and it is structured to build muscle and burn tons of calories! It features the TRX for strength training and HIIT for cardio using dynamic, total body exercises. Best of all, its FREE!

Fitness Results

Like BOOTCAMP, with more MUSCLE! Build lean muscle, burn fat and become a unstoppable machine! This is strength training using your own bodyweight, which can be modified to fit any fitness level. The class also includes a portion of high intensity interval training, for cardiovascular conditioning. The class is held in the group exercise room @ Fitness Results Gym and uses a wide variety of equipment including the TRX, Kettlebells, Medicine balls, battle ropes and much, much more! Whether you are advanced or a beginner, come and participate in a safe, effective and efficient 30 min small group weight training session with other like minded individuals who are interested in training with a certified personal trainer. Expect to use top of the line equipment, such as machines, barbells and dumbbells.
