Like BOOTCAMP, with more MUSCLE! Build lean muscle, burn fat and become a unstoppable machine! This is strength training using your own bodyweight, which can be modified to fit any fitness level. The class also includes a portion of high intensity interval training, for cardiovascular conditioning.
