The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department and Austin Parks Foundation are offering FREE outdoor wellness classes and activities in parks all over Austin. Many classes are part of a 6-week series and meet twice per week; others are reoccurring on a regular basis. These classes are designed for all skill levels and fitness abilities from beginner to advanced.
