If you are looking to start an exercise program and you haven't the faintest idea where to start!

This is a judgement free zone and group dynamic to take the pressure off, motivate, and learn some new techniques and skills to improve your overall health. Simple yet result producing exercises that can help you to be the best version of yourself.

You will have the opportunity to develop core strength, increase flexibility and stability, increase muscle tone and balance, and improve your cardiovascular health. Exercises will integrate yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, plyometrics, core, sprint drills, and much more to fit your diverse needs.

Meet at Lake Eola Park at the field that is closest to Central and Eola drive at 3:00pm to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. $10 a session and $5 if you attend 2 or more sessions a week.
