Alan has attended a boot camp and really benefited from it. Debra was a personal trainer, and is now an accomplished acupuncturist, among other things. She will help out when she is available. Both of us want to get back in shape, so come and help us do that. As you're doing that, you might find your clothes fitting a little better, a little more spring in your step, or maybe just feeling better about yourself. For no other reason, it's a lot more fun to exercise with other people.
Bring a towel or yoga mat and some bug spray because we will be lying on the grass to do core and other exercises. No one is going to count how many of the exercises you do, or even if you do them. Most of them have easier forms. This will be a format to allow a lot of individuality, and not terrifically structured - if you think of something to do, just yell it out.
Note that you will be the sole judge of your abilities, and have complete control as to what you do, the intensity in which you do it, and its duration. Please at all times, exercise caution and err on the conservative side; do not rely on others to determine if you are having a hard time or are overextending yourself.
My cell is[masked] in case you are having trouble finding us. If you don't make it right on time, no worries, we should be nearby - we'll try to find a grassy area to exercise in. If you don't see us, give me a call as we may need/want to try different places in the school environment to exercise.
