A roughly 45min class, using the Stability ball and Hand Weights.
We will work the major muscle groups, using weights, and a Swiss Ball. Working on the ball, develops core strength, and stability, while working each muscle group. The Swiss ball also allows for some unique and challenging Core movements.
This will be a fun, yet challenging class, that is a nice change of pace from benches & steps.
We will use:
A Mat (Provided)
Hand Weights (Provided)
A Swiss Ball (Provided)
Medicine Ball (Provided)
The class is Approximately 1hr, and is only $15. It is a low impact workout, that will focus on movements to train all the major muscle groups.
This will be a light, fun, no-pressure environment. People of all fitness (or NO fitness!) level, are 100% welcome, and encouraged to join.
