We are a group of folks committed to keeping Flagstaff (and all of its trails) clean and free of trash. Join us as we hike trails and pick up any trash we see along the way. It's a great way to get exercise, meet new people, and help keep our planet beautiful! There are NO fees and supplies will be provided if you don't have any (including thick gloves, trash bags, snacks, and hand wipes). Feel free to bring along any family, friends, or even pets! Even if you can't make it to any of our hikes, we would still love to hear your input on any trails that are in need of a good clean-up! Keep in mind we will focus on easy to moderate hiking trails, urban trails, and parks that are readily accessible by vehicle. Thanks, and please let me know if you have any questions!
This time around we will be meeting at Sawmill County Park and taking the trail down into Sinclair Wash. I would recommend bringing sturdy shoes/boots, a hat, and plenty of sunscreen. As always, bags and equipment will be provided as well as some snacks. Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to carpool to the park.
