Members will meet on a weekly basis. Community Yoga is a class designed to be accessible to all to integrate of body, mind, and spirit through yoga practice. Members will meet for a 75 minute practice led by an experienced yoga teacher to incorporate different aspects of Asana (postures) as well as Pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Open to new members and general public. Meetings will be held at Flex Studio on South Grand. Pay what you can, $5 suggested minimum.
Studio provides yoga mats, blocks, blankets and yoga straps at no charge.
