Learn how to make a variety of Sushi in this half day session and get to enjoy the fruits of your labour afterwards. This class is suitable for complete beginners!
On this fantastic experience, you will learn how to make a selection of different types of sushi roll, including Nigiri, the basic Hosomaki, the cone shaped Temaki, a variety of Ura-Makis, and Temari Sushi (colourful ball shaped sushi canapes originating from Kyoto).
You will also discuss different sushi rice cooking techniques, sushi grade fish, equipment and ingredients. Demystification of Sushi: Will claims that it doesn't really take 20 years of training to master the art of cooking sushi rice. You can reach edible standard quite easily and he's here to show you how!
By the end pf the experience you will have a big platter of around 40-50 pieces of beautiful sushi worth around £40! Containers will be provided to take your creations home if you don't eat it all.
