This group is for people who feel they have lost the art of connecting to others. As we live longer, up to 40% of us will be relatively fit until over aged 80. So unless we actively work on it, a lot of people are in for a long dry spell of lack of connection to an important other person. Women may believe they become invisible as they age. Men can feel overwhelmed and awkward as social rules change. Romantic love is one of the most powerful sensations on earth – so rather than withdrawing from social interaction learn some strategies for building rapport with people You’ve got all the time you need to practice – so do it.

Aspects of meet-ups include (1) Building Rapport with others. (2) How to listen so that others feel heard. (3) Putting yourself in others shoes (4) connecting to others: Building sensory insight through use of eye cues, spoken language, body Language, and mirror neuron cues.
