Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong movements activate various acu-points and allow energy to flow in the major channels of the body. Qigong can increase inner strength and flexibility, improve immune function and circulation, cultivate efficiency of breath and movement, and help develop sensitivity to our inner energy flow.
