Enjoy an intense training that focuses on teaching you proper form using Kettlebells and body weight to improve your strength, mobility and endurance.

Sessions will be limited from 3 to 8 trainees willing to commit.

Mondays: 5:45 am – 6:45 am; 7:00 am – 8:00 am; 9:00 am – 10:00 am
Thursdays: 5:45 am – 6:45 am; 7:00 am – 8:00 am
