World Laboratory Animal Liberation Week (WLALW) - held each April to globally shine the spotlight to expose animal experimentation to end it NOW!!!
Join us for the biggest Animal Rights event of the year: World Day for Animals in Laboratories!
World Day for Laboratory Animals (http://www.veggies.org.uk/event/world-day-for-animals-in-laboratories/) (April 16 - April 24) is an international commemoration of the suffering and killing of millions of innocent sentient beings in laboratories throughout the world, with a week of activities around 24th April each year.
Activists from all over the world take part and plan events for Animals who suffer in flawed experiments. Florida Voices for Animals will be protesting at University of Florida where animal experimentation takes place every day.
We will be on the corner of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and E131st Ave in the front of USF Health Center. If you were with us last year it will be the same location. Last year we had about 20 people show up at the protest and we would like to see double that. How about YOU? Won't you you join us?
Please make your own sign and message for this protest. We will also bring extra signs. Bring water, hat and sun screen. We also have a banner to hold.
