  • ☮DEMO❤️ Go Vegan! - at St. Pete Saturday Morning Market

    Saturday Morning Market

Join us in a ☮ peaceful demonstration as we try to spread compassion for all sentient beings. Many people do not think about the most common cruelty that is committed every day on the weakest and meekest of the animals - the ones that are used as production units for "food". Let's raise awareness about our food choices and spread the word that ❤️Love and Peace☮ starts on our plate. We have many signs available that can be used, but feel free to be creative and make your own signs. Leaflets will be available to give to anyone that is interested in following a vegan lifestyle. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR LEAFLETTING!!!

  • Worldwide Rally Against Trophy Hunting

    Clearwater Mall entrance

Join the Worldwide Rally Against Trophy Hunting and speak out against the senseless slaughter of wildlife! The Tampa WRATH event will be at the Clearwater Mall Entrance on Gulf to Bay. We will meet at the Starbucks at the entrance and there is plenty of parking in the area. Posters and literature will be provided. If you choose to make your own, please do not use violent or aggressive language. These will be peaceful, educational demonstrations focused on raising public awareness. We expect everyone in attendance to remain civil and obey public laws. Your local rally leader is Florida Voices for Animals[masked] The nonprofit animal advocacy organization CompassionWorks International produces the Worldwide Rally, which is entering its 4th year. FVA has been working closely with CompassionWorks International. About the Worldwide Rally Against Trophy Hunting: On January 12, 2019, voices across the world will join together to raise awareness about the ego-driven and senseless murder of countless wild animals by members of Safari Club International and other "trophy hunters." The main rally, in Reno, stands as a protest against the Safari Club International Conference and the 47th anniversary of the "Ultimate Sportsmen's Market." At the market, the lives of hundreds of beautiful animals are sold off to the highest bidder. Join us in Reno, or host a solidarity rally in your own community! Learn more: notyourtrophy.org. CWI supports legislation that prohibits the ability of hunters to bring their "trophies" back into the United States. We stand with conservation groups across the world in developing strategies for sustaining and growing populations of wild animals that do not involve their senseless massacre. Cecil the lion...we will never forget. To obtain more information about WRATH, to host a rally, or to find out about a rally in your area, please visit notyourtrophy.org. Updated information will appear in the coming weeks and new rallies will be posted as we receive notice of them. CWI believes in the power of peaceful, educational animal advocacy. For general questions, email us at [masked]. The Rally needs your support! Please make a tax-deductible gift of any amount to: www.cwint.org/donate. Thank you! For media inquiries, please email: [masked]. Together we are their voice...and we ROAR for Cecil and all animals brutally murdered for selfishness and greed!
