This is a 6 week Flow Yoga programme , delivered by Avni Dhanani, designed to bring you health and happiness! Each session is held on Monday evenings throughout the summer in the heart of Hyde Park.
Just stepping into a park is proven to bring your heart rate and blood pressure down and London’s eight magical Royal Parks provide the perfect opportunity to do just that!
This six week yoga programme will be made up of physical practice as well as meditation and breath work. Being able to practice yoga in this incredibly beautiful space in the heart of London will allow you to find the calm among the busy city life.
It will enable you to connect with nature and release any tension through a series of yoga poses aimed at increasing flexibility and building strength. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to connect with your breath and your body
