Many of us have heard and possibly experienced the tremendous benefits of meditation. It can however be difficult at times to do so individually. With this in mind, we will meet and talk about anything Eastern philosophy and meditation oriented. The idea is to sit in a group, and let the discussion occur naturally. We learn to feel out people and different energies that may react in us when others speak or depending on which topic. We figure out, as a group, how to feel out states well-being, whether through discussion or perhaps just through being quiet together.
Possible topics include. What is the nature of love? How to find balance within ourselves? How does the mind work and how to use it for positive? How can society move towards a healthier and happier state? What are some obstacles to meditation and how to move passed them? How to let go and trust that things will work out and we'll be okay? How to be authentic and true to ourselves in every situation?
Bring a healthy spirit and anything else you'd like to talk about or share with the group. Note some members join from outside Meetup, hence additional entries. Donations welcome (~$5), but not obliged. See some of you there!
