With multiple Dim Sum I workshops and upcoming Dim Sum II on Nov 24th and Sushi Hands on Workshop on Dec 8th at T&T , there were some interest for a Hands on Thai workshop.
I talked with Julia Hsin, the Cordon Bleu Ottawa trained chef that teaches the workshops at T&T and the coordinator Sissi and they proposed
* Tom Yum Goong Soup (Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup)
* Spicy Mango Salad
* Pad Thai
It is set up as a 2.5 hr hands on workshop and classified as a premium private workshop with standard maximum of 10 people and likely price is $35 depending on the number of people.
The 2nd date has been booked Feb 23, 2017 evening 6-8pm
