Sharing a meal and sharing stories go hand in hand. At Food for Thought we gather around the dinner table to talk about our experiences, our hopes and desires.
Throughout the evening there will be informal food, games and chat about our theme of the week. Our aim is to share stories amongst ourselves and to help inform how health and wellbeing could be supported by services and the community in the future.
So come along with a friend to enjoy some food and share in some stories about how we take care of our health and wellbeing.
