Have you ever dreamed of creating your own cookbook? What would your focus be?

My first visit to Europe: I remember walking through the courtyard of a 400 year old convent in Bruges, crossing a bridge just outside the main building to sit at a cafe situated at the edge of a pond complete with swans, and eating the most wonderful crepes. It was a feast for every sense.
