people will receive separate individual checks for beverages corkage fee is $20 per bottle

A refundable deposit is required to hold a spot. See terms for the refundable deposit above. This deposit is not applied to the meal cost. It is returned to the attendee after the event. If a person signs up, doesn't cancel per the terms or fails to show to the event, this deposit is not returned. Thus the deposit is required to reduce no shows. Please note too if this event fills up and there is a waiting list, and then a person fails to show (keeping someone else from attending), that person will be excluded (removed) from future events that I organize.
