I don't know if I have a "favorite" cuisine. I will say that I love all kinds of fish and appreciate it served many different ways. But, if I'm forced to choose, I love asian and french cuisine.
A bottle of a Sancerre, a fresh steamed crack crab with a dijon mustard/mayo sauce, eggs benedict with a tablespoon of beluga caviar on top and finish it all off with a a slice of tarte tatin.
