Meditate at Mid-Day

Take a mid-day break to practice meditation with Avry. She will introduce you to a variety of meditation practices and techniques, and answer your questions, based on her many years of dedicated practice. Beginners are welcome!

The space is a peaceful yoga studio with meditation cushions and benches, as well as chairs. Donations are accepted to support the teacher for her time (no one is turned away for lack of funds).
