Sunday In The Park - During Dry Seasons

Conversation and sunshine in Downtown Auburn - a bit of "potluck" food if you are so inclined (but not required). Bring a hat to put over your brain in the sunshine. Let's share positive things we are doing or what good things we know are going on in the area - politics, arts, food, health and more - who and what is making a difference!

Every six months we need to raise $72 to pay MeetUp.com for the web service. Consider donating a small amount once each 6 months to help.

Good natured debate--streaming from best intentions, love of learning, and ability to laugh at self.

I agree Sheila...nice to meet you...the discussion reminded me of the difference between having preferences and an addiction...the one you have, the second has you; restricts you, your choices and growth...

What time does the meeting in the park start? 10 am or later? How long does it usually run?

Steve...I reserved yes for the June 23rd gathering, however I have an earlier event to attend so won't show up until after 11 am...

"Mind energy is so evanescent that it can dissolve in a moment, yet so powerful that it can create stories that run you for a lifetime."
From "Meditation for the Love of It" by Sally Kempton. The study of the reality of what thoughts really are is fascinating!
